“I believe in preserving Caudex’s culture because our people are our most important asset. We focus on health, happiness and humanity both as drivers and as outcomes in everything we do.”
Name: Emilie Violette
Role: Client Service Director
About Me: Moved to the UK from France back in July 1999, collected a patchwork of different industries and experiences for the first few years until I fell into Medical Education and Communications by chance in 2007. I started as an account executive at ScopeMedical, moved to Darwin Healthcare Communications, had a stint with an HCP website company and here I am! Outside work, I like to read (when the children let me), going horse riding with my eldest daughter, dancing around the kitchen my little one. Mostly being sociable and all the better if it includes bubbles, cheese and cake!
Why I chose to be an Ambassador: I believe culture and the feel of a place attract people and this needs to be represented correctly. I want to make sure we get the right people to fit in the agency and we approach clients with the right attitude. Being new I thought it would give me exposure to a lot of different people too. I believe in preserving Caudex’s culture because our people are our most important asset. We focus on health, happiness and humanity both as drivers and as outcomes in everything we do.
Fun Fact: I am a bit of a human jukebox according to my friends and seem to be able to recognise a lot of songs and remember a lot of lyrics.
