“I believe Caudex has an unparalleled training scheme for people who are new to the field that is the basis for why and how Caudex develops and retains the industry’s best talent.”
Name: Jennifer Rojas
Role: Project Coordinator
Location: New York
About Me: I started at Caudex in September 2017 as the first US-based Project Coordinator. I had over two years of experience in medical communications before coming to Caudex, primarily in medical affairs. I graduated with a BA in psychology and spent 6 years researching the neural underpinnings of substance abuse before discovering medical communications as a career. I was drawn to medical communications as it perfectly combines science and storytelling – two of my favourite things.
Why I chose to be an Ambassador: I love introducing people to medical communications – a field most stumble upon by accident, as did I! I believe Caudex has an unparalleled training scheme for those new to the field that is the basis for why and how Caudex develops and retains the industry’s best talent.
Fun Fact: I adore baking and can convert almost any baked good into a vegan version of it at no expense of taste! My ultimate display of talent is in my recipe for chocolate chip cookies – I will happily bake some for you if you ask!
